Made with just 6 ingredients, this tofu coffee frappuccino is ready in just 10 minutes for the perfect protein-packed vegetarian breakfast. It's a delicious combination of silken tofu, cocoa, and coffee for a plant-based boost that will keep you energized all day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong coffee chilled
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • 1 cup silken tofu 250 g
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar or sugar-free sweetener
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  1. Make Coffee: To make strong brewed coffee, use 2x more coffee per water ratio than you usually would. Chill in fridge prior to making frappuccino.
  2. Blend: Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more ice to reach the consistency of your liking.

Notes

  • Storage: You can keep any leftovers in the fridge for 1 day in a sealed jar. Or, you can freeze leftovers in ice cube trays and reblend with a splash of milk.
