Ingredients

  • 16 oz. sirloin steak
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • fresh parsley optional, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, toss steak with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated and set aside.
  3. Bring a skillet to medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray (or oil if preferred). When warm, add steak. Cook for 7-8 minutes for well done steak, stirring a couple of times through. Or, cook until your desired internal color/temperature.
