15-Minute Soba Noodle Soup

Instructions

  1. Heat a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Cook the soba noodles until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside in a bowl.
  2. In the meantime, heat 1 1/2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add the Mizkan (Bonito Flavored) Soup Base, along with the mushrooms and baby bok choy. Boil for about 1 minute, or until they are cooked.
  3. Add the egg on top of the soba noodles, then pour the soup over them. Top with sesame seeds and scallions.

Notes
