Ingredients

  • 1 banana peeled, chopped, and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
  • granola for garnish (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the frozen banana pieces and frozen raspberries to a food processor.
  2. Cover and process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl every so often.
  3. Scoop the ice cream into a bowl and top with raspberries and granola or enjoy as is.

Notes

  • You need to prep the banana ahead of time. I like to chop up a few bananas and pop them each into their own bag with the raspberries before throwing the bags in the freezer. Then I can dump, blend, and enjoy anytime I get a craving for this ice cream.
