Ingredients
- 1 banana peeled, chopped, and frozen
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- fresh raspberries for garnish (optional)
- granola for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana pieces and frozen raspberries to a food processor.
- Cover and process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl every so often.
- Scoop the ice cream into a bowl and top with raspberries and granola or enjoy as is.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- You need to prep the banana ahead of time. I like to chop up a few bananas and pop them each into their own bag with the raspberries before throwing the bags in the freezer. Then I can dump, blend, and enjoy anytime I get a craving for this ice cream.
