  • 200 g Nido dry whole milk
  • 200 g La Lechera canned dulce de leche

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry milk and dulce de leche. Stir with a spoon until the mixture starts to come together.
  2. Using gloves, knead the mixture until it forms a soft, pliable, and smooth dough.
  3. Transfer the dough to a clean, lightly buttered working surface.
  4. With lightly buttered gloves or hands, press the dough into a rectangle approximately 8x6 inches and an even ½- inch thickness. Cut the dough into small squares.
  5. Place the shaped candy onto a parchment-lined tray and let it sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Once the candy has set, enjoy.
  7. Store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh for up to two weeks.
