2 Minute Spicy Mango Pico de Gallo Salsa

Here is a super fast and easy mango salsa to put together in a flash for your next party.  I love the black beans and the pico de gallo for a little kick.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned mango DelMonte diced mangoes drained
  • 15 oz black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 10 oz Pico de Gallo Market District Pico de Gallo hot works nicely
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl mix the mangoes, black beans and Pico de Gallo.
  2. Add salt, cayenne pepper and chopped cilantro.
  3. Serve with your favorite chips.
