These air fryer fajitas are packed to the brim with flavor but only take a few minutes to make! They are perfect for those on-the-go, busy nights, and everyone will go crazy over them!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 medium sized onion (sliced)
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Homemade Fajita Seasoning (or Store-Bought)
  • flour tortillas (For Serving)

Instructions

  1. To start, cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Add it to a medium-sized bowl with bell peppers and onion.
  2. Add in the olive oil and fajita seasoning and toss to coat.
  3. Add it to the basket of your air fryer. Cook at 390 degrees for 10 minutes or until cooked throughout and no longer pink. Serve with homemade tortillas if desired.
