Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 1/2 medium sized onion (sliced)
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons Homemade Fajita Seasoning (or Store-Bought)
- flour tortillas (For Serving)
Instructions
- To start, cut the chicken breast into thin slices. Add it to a medium-sized bowl with bell peppers and onion.
- Add in the olive oil and fajita seasoning and toss to coat.
- Add it to the basket of your air fryer. Cook at 390 degrees for 10 minutes or until cooked throughout and no longer pink. Serve with homemade tortillas if desired.
