3 Ingredient Blueberry Frozen Yogurt

This blueberry frozen yogurt is made with only three simple ingredients! It’s a refreshing and healthy summer treat that’s super easy to whip up.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt I use 2% or full-fat
  • 1 ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1-2 Tablespoon maple syrup or honey or agave optional

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Eat right away.
  2. If you want it to be scoopable, you can freeze the mixture for about an hour. I like to transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and then freeze. Bring it out of the freezer and let it thaw for a few minutes before scooping.
