3 Ingredient Cranberry Meatballs

Meatballs in a cranberry and barbecue sauce slow cooked to perfection. This simple recipe is the perfect way to use leftover cranberry sauce. Serve as an appetizer or enjoy as a main meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 28 ounce meatballs pre-cooked
  • 2 cups cranberry sauce homemade or 14 ounce store purchased
  • 18 ounce barbecue sauce sugar free, bottled

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the cranberry sauce and the bbq sauce in the slow cooker reserving 1 1/2 cups.
  2. Add meatballs and fold the ingredients together coating all the meatballs.
  3. Top the meatballs with 1 cup of the cranberry barbecue sauce. The remaining 1/2 cup can be used as a dipping sauce when serving the meatballs.
  4. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook 2-3 hours on high or 5-7 hours on low.

Notes

  • Use turkey, chicken or beef meatballs.
  • For a low carb keto friendly dish use sugar free cranberry sauce and sugar free bbq sauce.
