3-Ingredient Jackfruit Smoothie
Made with just 3 ingredients, this jackfruit smoothie is a quick and delicious way to boost your daily nutrient intake. Ingredients
- 3 cups jackfruit about 200 g, ripe
- 1 cup coconut milk from a can, 236 mL, light
- 2 to 4 Tbsp lime juice 30 to 60 mL
- ice optional
Instructions
- Blend: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Optionally add a handful of ice to make the smoothie cold and frosty!
Notes
- Can I use canned jackfruit? You can use jackfruit packed in water or syrup. It's sweeter than the options canned with brine.
- Storage: If you have leftovers, you can store the smoothie in the fridge for up to 3 days. Just reblend it with ice when ready to enjoy again.
- Freezer: You can also freeze any leftover smoothie in an ice cube mold. Then reblend it with a bit of liquid when you're ready to enjoy it again.
