Ingredients

  • 1 Box spice cake mix
  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. In a medium bowl, combine spice cake mix and pumpkin puree
  3. Once mixed, fold in chocolate chips
  4. Line a muffin pan with liners, or spray with non-stick cooking spray
  5. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with batter
  6. Place in oven, bake for 16-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
  7. Remove from oven and allow muffins to set for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
