- 1 Box spice cake mix
- 15 oz canned pumpkin
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a medium bowl, combine spice cake mix and pumpkin puree
- Once mixed, fold in chocolate chips
- Line a muffin pan with liners, or spray with non-stick cooking spray
- Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with batter
- Place in oven, bake for 16-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Remove from oven and allow muffins to set for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
