Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoon ketchup *See Notes
  • 3 Tablespoon soy sauce *See Notes
  • 2 Teaspoons vinegar *See Notes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the Ketchup, Soy Sauce and Vinegar.
  2. Mix it all together to a smooth, well blended stir-fry sauce.
  3. Use in your stir fries as per recipe instructions. For example, pour in the sauce when the recipe calls for the stir-fry sauce. This is usually done during the stir-fry process when you are stir cooking veggies or meats. The sauce is poured over the ingredients in the hot wok or pan and is then mixed in.

Notes

  • Ketchup that you can use: regular ketchup or curry ketchup.
  • Soy Sauce that you can use: regular soy sauce, gluten-free soy sauce, low sodium soy sauce.
  • Vinegar that you can use: white wine vinegar, distilled vinegar, rice vinegar.
