30 Minute Honey Wheat Rolls
These honey wheat rolls are made with a combination of whole wheat and all-purpose flour, enriched with butter, milk, honey, and egg for soft, slightly sweet bread rolls. The dough is lightly sticky and shaped into small portions that quickly proof and bake to a golden brown in around 30 minutes total. The rolls have a tender crumb and a gentle honey flavor, making them a good side or snack bread.

- Cover, and let dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
