Ingredients

  • 2 cups mascarpone
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 can peach large
  • 24 pieces ladyfingers

Instructions

  1. Combine powdered sugar and mascarpone.
  2. Cut canned peaches into chunks.
  3. Pour canned peach juice into a dish and dip ladyfinger into the juice to soak up.
  4. Arrange ladyfinger next to each other in a rectangular dish.
  5. Arrange some peach pieces over the ladyfingers and spread some of the mascarpone over that and some more peach pieces.
  6. Repeat the process with a layer of ladyfinger, a layer of fruits, mascarpone, and top at the end with remaining peaches.
  7. Cover dish with a clean wrap and place into the fridge to cool for some hours.
  8. Take out when cooled and cut into slices. Serve up cooled.
