Ingredients

  • 1 cup passion fruit puree fresh or frozen, 200 g
  • 1 cup Mango fresh or frozen, 200 g
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen, 200 g
  • 1 cup orange juice 236 mL

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend: Blitz all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Notes

  • Use at least one frozen ingredient to make this smoothie frosty!
  • Storage: If you want to save this for later, simply keep the smoothie in the blender (if possible) and then store in the fridge. When ready to enjoy, just blend again. It will keep for 2 days in the fridge. It will lose their thick, frosty texture in storage, which can be fixed by blending in a handful of ice before serving!
  • Are passion fruit seeds ok to eat? Yup, you can eat them!
