4th of July Fruit Kabobs

You have to try this fun dessert - 4th of july fruit kabobs where we make fruit kabobs look like the American flag. So easy to do with the kids.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pint strawberries
  • 5 bananas
  • 1 Pint blueberries
  • 1 pkg Wooden skewers

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. For the first 4 skewers, thread 4-5 blueberries at the top, then follow with slices of bananas and strawberries.
  2. For the next skewers, alternate between strawberries and bananas only.
  3. Display on a white rectangular platter in the shape of an American flag.

Notes

  • If you are making this recipe ahead of time, squeeze fresh lemons or limes over the sliced bananas to prevent them from browning.
