Easy sweet and savory fruit salsa in red, white, and blue colors for the 4th of July.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberry diced, fresh
- Blueberry 1 cup
- 1 cup jicama peeled and diced
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ? cup cilantro chopped
- lime juice juice of one lime
- salt
- 1-2 teaspoons tajin seasoning optional
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients together.
- Add the salt to taste.
