Ingredients

  • 4 Graham crackers
  • 1 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk*
  • 2 Cups unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Cups Cashews, pecans, or almonds or a mix of your favorite nuts
  • 1 Cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Crush graham crackers in a blender or by hand. Add the graham crackers, condensed milk, cashews, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix with a plastic spatula until all the ingredients are well combined. Use a large cookie scoop and scoop the mixture about 1 inch apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 10-15 minutes to allow the cookies time to set.

Notes

  • In the U.S. condensed milk is sold in 14 oz cans, which is equivalent to about 1 ¼ cups or 397 grams.
