Ingredients

  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin puree
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. 
In a large bowl whisk together the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add pie crust to your pie plate.

  4. Add filling to the pie plate and cook for 15 minutes.
  5. *IMPORTANT* Lower the temperature to 350 degrees. 
Continue to cook for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. If crust browns too quickly, tent edges with foil.
