5-Minute Cilantro Lime Sauce
Add a fresh zest of flavor to everything from tacos, burrito bowls, grilled veggies, salads, and more! This easy sauce (dressing) recipe takes just 5 minutes to make in a blender.
Ingredients
- ½ cup cilantro leaves and stems, tightly packed
- ¾ cup sour cream
- 1 lime zested
- 3 Tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt fine sea salt
Instructions
- Roughly chop the cilantro stems before adding them to a food processor or blender to make sure they don't get wrapped around the blades.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and fully combined. Taste test and adjust salt, if needed.
- Use immediately or transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy over tacos, salads, burritos, and more!
