5-Minute Lemony Artichoke Tapenade
Creamy, buttery, brine-y, and light — this artichoke tapenade dip (or spread) is such a quick and easy appetizer to whip up at home. It blends canned artichoke hearts with pitted green olives, garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Ready in 5 minutes! Serve the tapenade cold with baguette, crostini, or crackers
Ingredients
- 15 ounce artichoke hearts drained, canned
- 3-6 green olives pitted
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 /2 Tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 /2 Tablespoon olive oil
Serving Suggestions
- flatbread
- Crostini
- socca
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the olive oil, to a food processor and pulse until combined. If the olive variety is really tart/briny, I recommend starting with 3 olives and adding additional as needed. When using Castelvetrano Olives, I add 6.
- Slowly pulse in olive oil, adding additional olive oil as needed to reach desired consistency. Taste test for desired salt level and adjust as needed.
- Serve with baguette, crostini, crackers, or veggies.
