Crisp, sweet sugar snap peas, sautéed to a tender crisp perfection and then sprinkled with chilli flakes and sea salt. A healthy 5 minute side dish!

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz fresh sugar snap peas
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon salt (flaked salt is best)
- ¼-1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes (more if you want a super spicy hit!)
Instructions
- Remove the stem end and the string from each sugar snap.
- Place a cast iron fry pan over a medium high heat and let it get hot. Add the oil and then toss in the sugar snap peas sauté for 3 minutes, until the sugar snap peas are slightly tender and with a small amount of colour.
- Place the sugar snap peas in a serving bowl and sprinkle with the salt and chilli flakes.
- Serve hot.
