5-Minute Strawberry Pineapple Sherbet

This sherbet is pure sunshine in a bowl. It's the perfect treat for those hot summer days when all you want is something light, refreshing, and totally delicious. We're talking a dreamy combo of sweet strawberries and tropical pineapple, all churned into a creamy, guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen strawberries
  • 1 pound frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or palm syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large food processor. Pulse to break up the frozen fruit. Then puree until very smooth.
  2. Serve immediately as soft-serve, or move to an airtight container and freeze. Once frozen, thaw for 15 minutes before scooping and serving.

Notes

  • Honey offers a strong flavor to this sherbet. If you don't love the taste of honey, use palm syrup.
