Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • Hot water in a bowl as needed to thin sauce

Instructions

  1. Add the peanut butter to a large bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, or until melted.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients. Whisk well, until smooth.
  3. Add hot water, one tablespoon at a time, to thin sauce to desired consistency.
