Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops, (about 3/4 inch thick)
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons Italian breadcrumbs
  • ⅛ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. On a large plate stir together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Warm olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Cover pork chops in the mixture - making sure the mixture sticks. Sear in pan for 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Using a glass baking dish, place pork chops in and spread 1 inch apart.NOTE: For more crispy pork chops, bake on a greased wire rack over a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350°F (or when internal temperature reaches 145°F).
