Ingredients

  • ½ cup instant oats
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • ¼ cup apple chopped
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, combine the oats, salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, and chopped apple. Add the hot water and stir. 
  2. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Allow to rest for an additional minute before stirring. Top with additional cinnamon and apple, if desired and enjoy.
