Ingredients
- 2-4 flatbread or naan
- 16 oz refried beans Old El Paso Traditional, canned
- 8 oz cream cheese package, softened
- 1 oz taco seasoning mix brand Old El Paso Original, package
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz salsa
- 2 cups lettuce shredded
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, quantity 8 oz
- 1-2 avocado sliced
- 1 tomato chopped, large or 2 small
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 2.25 oz black olives sliced, canned, drained

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 2-3 minutes to warm through.
- Heat refried beans in a 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- Combine the cream cheese and the taco seasoning in a medium bowl and beat until smooth. Stir in the sour cream.
- Spread a layer of beans on each flatbread. Top with a layer of the cream cheese mixture followed by the salsa. Layer the remaining ingredients on top - lettuce, cheese, sliced avocados, tomatoes, bell pepper and olives. Sprinkle the cilantro over the top.
- Cut the flatbread into slices to serve.
