Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream divided
  • 2 avocado diced
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the taco seasoning with the refried beans.
  2. In the football bowl, layer your ingredients starting with the shredded lettuce, then the salsa, diced tomato, cheese, 1 cup sour cream, diced avocados and then top with the refried bean mixture.
  3. Spoon the remainder 1/2 cup of sour cream in a zip-lock baggie and snip off the corner. Pipe the laces and stripes on the top to look like a football.
