Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 7-Up
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add 2 cups Bisquick to a large bowl. Cut 1/2 cup sour cream into the Bisquick mix using the back of a fork.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup 7-up and stir to combine. The dough will be very soft!
  4. Sprinkle additional biscuit mix on the counter to gently flatten out the dough to about 1-inch thickness. Use a biscuit cutter to cut 9 biscuits.
  5. Melt 1/4 cup unsalted butter and pour into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan. Alternatively, you can melt the butter in the pan by placing it in the oven for a few minutes.
  6. Place the cut biscuits into the pan with melted butter then bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
