ABC Juice Recipe (Apple Beet and Carrot Juice)

Ingredients

  • 1 apple cored and quartered
  • 1 beet cut in half
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root
  • ½ lemon optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Make sure your vegetables are washed, cored and cut before you use them.
  2. Juice. Turn on your juicer and begin feeding the apple slices, ginger, beet pieces, and carrots into the juicer, alternating between the ingredients for even mixing.
  3. Stir. Once all the ingredients are juiced, give the juice a good stir to combine the flavors.
  4. Pour and enjoy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors and nutrients.

Notes

  • Make sure you quarter and core the apple so that your juicer doesn’t have to work as hard.
  • Adding in some lemon juice to the mixture is a bright and sunny flavor addition.
  • As you feed the ingredients to the juicer, alternate between them to allow for even mixing.
