Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 3 Tablespoons taco seasoning
Optional toppings:
- tomatoes
- olives
- cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans, 1 cup sour cream, 2 of the 3 cups cheddar cheese, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup salsa, and 3 Tablespoons taco seasoning.
- Spread the mixture evenly in an 8x8-inch baking dish or skillet.
- Top with the remaining 1 cup shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Garnish with your favorite toppings like tomatoes, olives, and cilantro, if desired, and serve with tortilla chips!
