Agua Fresca De Tamarindo, a homemade drink made with only three ingredients: tamarindo pulp, sugar and water. This is a classic drink brimming with a delicious earthy flavor!

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Homemade tamarindo pulp or 4 tsps tamarindo concentrate
- ¾ cup sugar or 1 cup simple syrup
- 3 cups water
Instructions
- Make the paste – If you’re using homemade pulp, follow this recipe for tamarindo paste.
- In a large pitcher, add the paste or concentrate
- Add the water and sugar (or simple syrup) to the pitcher.
- Mix everything together with a large spoon until combined.
- Serve over ice and enjoy!

Notes
- Refrigerate – A pitcher of this Agua Fresca can last in the fridge for up to 3 days. Make sure to give it a good stir prior to serving again.
- Freeze – I really doubt you’ll have leftovers, but if you do you can store them in the freezer for up to three months. Freeze in an airtight plastic container. When ready to use, take out and let thaw in the refrigerator. Note that the flavor may be slightly altered so it's always better to drink it fresh.
