AIP Herbs de Provence Spice Mix
This Herbs de Provence Spice mixture is made of dried herbs, which are typical of the Provence region of southeast France. This mixture is made to fit the autoimmune protocol diet tastes great with chicken or fish and smells amazing. This recipe is allergy friendly (gluten, dairy, shellfish, nut, egg, and soy free) and suits the autoimmune protocol (AIP), paleo and vegan diets.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon lavender dried flowers
- 2 tablespoon oregano dried
- 1 tablespoon rosemary dried
- 1/2 tablespoon sage dried
- 2 1/2 tablespoons thyme dried
- 1 tablespoon tarragon dried
