AIP Taco Seasoning
This AIP Taco Seasoning reimagines taco seasoning for those on the AIP diet. It’s a citrusy, savory and warm flavor that’s reminiscent of traditional taco seasoning just without the nightshades.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oregano dried
- 3 tablespoons marjoram dried
- 2 teaspoons thyme dried
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon dried lime ground
- 2 teaspoons dried lemon ground
- 2 teaspoons gathoda powder
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a coffee grinder or spicemill. And blend until smooth.
Notes
- You can combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine if you don’t use a coffee grinder or spice mill.
- The is similar to the coffee grinder I used to make this recipe.
- If you don’t have dried lime than just double the dried lemon and vice versa.
- Use about 1 tablespoon of this AIP Taco Seasoning with 1 pound of meat.
- I used this Gathoda Powder.
- I used this Dried Ground Lemon.
- I used this Dried Ground Lime.
