AIP Tacos
This AIP Taco recipe is so easy that you can make it any night of the week. It includes delicious AIP Taco Meat with all the fixins.
Ingredients
- ground meat AIP style taco meat
- 4 tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce chopped
- 4 radish sliced
- 1 avocado chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
Instructions
- Layer the AIP Taco Meat then lettuce, radishes, avocado and cilantro in the tortillas. Sprinkle with red onions and add a dollop of coconut yogurt.
Notes
- I used Siete Foods Almond Flour tortillas which include AIP reintroductions. However, you can also use my Gluten Free Flatbread recipe.

- The toppings are all optional so feel free to pick and choose which ones fit your tastes or sensitivities.
