Air Fryer Asparagus

Air fryer asparagus is the perfect way to cook asparagus! In less than 10 minutes this garlic Parmesan asparagus is cooked to perfection!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus ends trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a large bowl or on a sheet pan coat the asparagus with the olive oil and then sprinkle with the Parmesan mixture.
  3. Place a single layer of asparagus in the air fryer basket.
  4. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 8-10 mins, tossing halfway through.
  5. Before serving, drizzle the lemon juice on the asparagus.
  6. Sprinkle more parmesan if desired.
