  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put 500 g Baby potatoes, 2 tablespoon Olive oil, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 0.5 teaspoon Garlic granules and 0.5 teaspoon Paprika into a bowl.
  2. Give it a good mix to ensure all the potatoes are coated in the oil and seasoning.
  3. Put into your air fryer and arrange in a single layer.
  4. Cook at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes, shaking half way.

Notes

  • To make sure the potatoes get really crispy, make sure that they are really dry after washing them. You want to remove as much moisture as possible.
  • You might need to cut some of the baby potatoes in half so that they are all a similar size. This will ensure that they all cook at the same time.
  • Make sure all of the potatoes are coated in the oil and seasoning. You want every inch of them to have the flavour.
  • Some air fryers need preheating first, so make sure you check your manual.
