Air Fryer Baby Potatoes
Bite-sized and crispy, these Air Fryer Baby Potatoes come together in less than thirty minutes, and are even better than oven roasties!
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds baby potato halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon rosemary chopped, fresh or dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Serve the potatoes hot, garnished with additional rosemary if desired.
