Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh or dried rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  4. Serve the potatoes hot, garnished with additional rosemary if desired.
