Ingredients

  • 2 oz cans sliced pineapple rings
  • 22 lices Bacon thin-cut
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl combine sugar and seasoning.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 385 degrees F.
  3. Drain the pineapples very well and pat dry with paper towels, set aside.
  4. Wrap each pineapple ring with bacon, winding it around and through the hole in the center.
  5. Generously sprinkle with the Cajun seasoning and brown sugar mix.
  6. Arrange in one layer in the air fryer so they do not touch and air fry for 15 mins or until crispy. Turn to the other side halfway.
  7. Cook in batches if needed.
  8. When done, transfer to a serving plate.
