Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Frozen Scallops thawed
  • 1 Pack Back Bacon
  • salt & pepper
Kitchen Gadgets
  • Philips Air Fryer
  • Cocktail sticks

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Thaw your scallops and then pat dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Slice your back bacon lengthways so each bacon slice becomes two long slices.
  3. Season your scallops with salt and pepper.
  4. Wrap each scallop in bacon and then secure in place with a cocktail stick. Place into the air fryer.
  5. Air fry for 8 minutes at 180c/360f before serving.

Notes

  • Temperature. Don’t be tempted to increase the temperature up as it will make the inside of the scallops really dry.
  • Make Ahead. You can also make ahead your scallops and then cook them just before you plan to serve.
