Air Fryer Baked Apples

Air Fryer Baked Apples are an easy fall dessert that tastes delicious and cooks up in just 15 minutes in your air fryer. Kid friendly also.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples any variety
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Halve the apples and use a melon baller to remove the center seeds and membrane, to create a pit.
  2. Melt the butter. Add the melted butter to a bowl with all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Lay the apples in the air fryer cut side up. Fill with generous amounts of the crisp mix.
  4. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
