Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Air Fryer Potatoes are so easy to make. Serve with sour cream, bacon, and chives for the perfect side dish!

Ingredients
- 4 medium Russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes with water and dab dry. Poke each potato with a fork several times.
- Generously rub with oil and season with salt.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer at 390°F (no need to preheat).
- Cook 25 minutes, turn potatoes over and cook an additional 20-30 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- Serve with desired toppings.

Notes
- You can add more or less potatoes based on the capacity of your air fryer. For great flavor, rub the outside of the potato with bacon grease instead of oil.
