Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Air Fryer Potatoes are so easy to make. Serve with sour cream, bacon, and chives for the perfect side dish!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Scrub potatoes with water and dab dry. Poke each potato with a fork several times.
  2. Generously rub with oil and season with salt.
  3. Place potatoes in the air fryer at 390°F (no need to preheat).
  4. Cook 25 minutes, turn potatoes over and cook an additional 20-30 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
  5. Serve with desired toppings.

Notes

  • You can add more or less potatoes based on the capacity of your air fryer. For great flavor, rub the outside of the potato with bacon grease instead of oil.
