Air Fryer Banana Souffle. How to make a delicious Weight Watchers banana souffle for breakfast in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 banana medium
- 2 egg large
- ½ Tsp cinnamon
- olive oil extra virgin, spray
Kitchen Gadgets:
- Philips Air Fryer
- blender
Instructions
- Peel and the bananas and crack the eggs into the blender. Add your cinnamon and blend on the pulse until smooth.
- Spray your ramekins with extra virgin olive oil.
- Pour the souffle batter into the ramekins and place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Serve quickly before the souffles start to fall.
Notes
- Spray. Don’t miss the step of spraying the ramekins with extra virgin olive oil. If you don’t they will stick to the ramekins and make clean up a long process.
- Ahead. You can also make the batter ahead and then fridge for breakfast and then the next day, just load into the air fryer whilst you take a shower.
- Serving. This banana souffle recipe will make four ramekins. If you want a smaller portion half it to 1 banana/1 egg and it will make two.
