  • ½ Tsp cinnamon
  • extra virgin olive oil spray
Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Philips Air Fryer
  • blender

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and the bananas and crack the eggs into the blender. Add your cinnamon and blend on the pulse until smooth.
  2. Spray your ramekins with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Pour the souffle batter into the ramekins and place the ramekins in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
  5. Serve quickly before the souffles start to fall.

Notes

  • Spray. Don’t miss the step of spraying the ramekins with extra virgin olive oil. If you don’t they will stick to the ramekins and make clean up a long process.
  • Ahead. You can also make the batter ahead and then fridge for breakfast and then the next day, just load into the air fryer whilst you take a shower.
  • Serving. This banana souffle recipe will make four ramekins. If you want a smaller portion half it to 1 banana/1 egg and it will make two.
