Homemade Keto Bang Bang Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs Chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbs Sriracha
  • 1 tsp powdered sweetener

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pat chicken dry and cut into bite-size chunks
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the coconut and arrowroot powder and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece in the flour mixture first, then dunk into the egg, then back again into the flour mixture so that it is completely coated. Repeat with the remaining chicken pieces. As the chicken pieces are coated, arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer with a little space in between.
  4. Line the air fryer basket with a parchment paper liner, if using.
  5. Spritz or brush the chicken pieces with oil to coat.
  6. Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
  7. Flip the chicken pieces over, spritz or brush with more oil, and fry for 6-8 more minutes, until golden brown and crisp
  8. While the chicken is air frying, pour the sauce into a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and heat through.
  9. Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with green onions if desired.
