Air Fryer Beef Kabobs

You can make the most mouth-watering and delicious Air Fryer Beef Kabobs ever with this recipe. Each kabob has juicy sirloin steak, bell peppers, red onions that have been soaked in a tasty marinade.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 large bell pepper color of choice
  • 1 large red onion or onion of choice
For the marinade:
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • salt and pepper pinch

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef and ingredients for the marinade until fully combined. Cover and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
  2. When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 400F. Thread the beef, pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  3. Place skewers into the preheated air fryer and air fryer 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through until charred on the outside and tender on the inside.
