Ingredients
- 1 pound (453g) beets peeled and cut into one-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- salt to taste
- dill fronds chopped
Instructions
- Peel the beets and cut them into one-inch cubes.
- Combine with the olive oil and orange juice in a mixing bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F / 200 degress C.
- Place beets in the air fryer basket and cook for16-18 minutes, shaking a couple of times.
- Transfer to a plate, taste and adjust seasonings, then top with dill (if desired).
