Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons blackened seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F, while you prepare the shrimp.
  2. Add the olive oil and lemon juice in a large bowl and whisk together. Add in the shrimp and toss.
  3. Pour in the blackened seasoning and continue tossing, making sure all the shrimp are coated.
  4. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on your air fryer rack and cook for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking if you have the basket type of air fryer.
