  • Pyrex Tart Tins
Blueberry Jam Tarts Recipe Ingredients:
  • 350 g Air Fryer Pie Crust
  • 500 g Instant Pot Blueberry Jam

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions of our sweet air fryer pie crust or use shop bought.
  2. Flour your tart tins to stop the pastry from sticking.
  3. Roll out the pie crust onto a worktop and layer over your tart tins.
  4. Cut around the tart tins so that you have a pie crust for each one.
  5. Load your tarts ¾ full with your blueberry jam.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket or air fryer oven (top shelf) and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  7. Serve.

Notes

  • You can mix and match any jam into your air fryer jam tarts. We love lemon curd and blueberry jam the most. But go with what you have in.
  • A good tip is to use any leftover pie crust and fill and make into air fryer blueberry hand pies.
